• Topographic survey and alignment optimization
• Pipe procurement from IS-certified primary manufacturers
• Double-jointing at site using alignment stands and semi-automatic welding
• Crawler crane lowering of double-jointed pipe strings into trenches
• Field joint coating — FBE or 3LPE compatible joint coating application
• Hydrostatic pressure test at 1.5x design pressure
• Backfilling, compaction and reinstatement

MS Pipeline Anti-Corrosion Systems

For underground MS pipelines carrying water, anti-corrosion protection is mandatory. JND InfraSteel works with 3LPE (Three Layer Polyethylene), FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy), and CML (Cement Mortar Lining) coating systems depending on soil conditions, water chemistry, and project specifications. All coating applications are tested with holiday detectors before pipe lowering.
